Logistimax Quality Certified
Logistimax Quality Certified is a qualification earned by carriers who successfully complete our vetting program. Each and every one of our carriers must pass a thorough vetting process which validates their experience and qualifications, certifications, licensures, insurance, and must ensure they maintain compliance with the safety requirements set forth by the FMCSA. Logistimax must be named as a certificate holder on each carrier's insurance policy. Carriers are monitored with multiple third-party services to ensure compliance of all rules and regulations.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Auto Liability - $1,000,000
- Cargo - $100,000
- Workers Comp - Amounts Required by Statute With No Less than $500,000
- Insurer Must have an A.M. Best Rating of A- or Better
- Must List Logistimax As a Certificate Holder
FMCSA
- Valid MC / DOT Number Authorized for Property
- Safety Ratings Must Be Satisfactory
- Vehicle and Driver Inspections under National Average
- Current Drug and Alcohol Testing Procedures
PAYMENTS
- Normal Pay - Issued Net 27
- Quick Pay - 3% Fee
- Check - Within 24 Hours From Receipt of Required Paperwork: $0.00
- Wire Transaction - Within 24 Hours From Receipt of Required Paperwork: $35.00
- ACH Transaction - Within 5 - 7 Business Days From Receipt of Required Paperwork: $10
- Comcheck - Within 24 Hours From Receipt of Required Paperwork: $10/Every $500.00
